TERMS OF SERVICE FOR STATSIBLE
Welcome to Statsible ("we", "us", "our", or the "Service"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our analytics platform and website. By accessing or using Statsible, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this Service, you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Statsible is a privacy-first analytics platform designed to track revenue metrics and user behavior with full GDPR compliance. Our service helps businesses understand which marketing channels drive paying customers without requiring consent banners.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
To access certain features of Statsible, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use Statsible to:

- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
6. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for:

14. STATSIBLE TIKTOK APP - ADDITIONAL TERMS

Statsible offers a TikTok app also named "Statsible" (available on the TikTok App Store). These additional terms apply specifically to users of that TikTok app. The TikTok app "Statsible" is a third-party application built on TikTok's platform, separate from the Statsible web analytics platform at statsible.com, but operated by the same company.
14.1 TikTok Account Connection
To use the Statsible TikTok app, you must connect a valid TikTok account. By doing so, you authorize Statsible to request the following permissions on your behalf:
- user.info.basic: To identify the TikTok account you connect.
- user.info.profile: To display your TikTok profile information in the Statsible dashboard.
- video.upload: To upload video files to TikTok when you initiate a post through Statsible.
- video.create: To create video posts on your TikTok account as directed by you.
- video.publish: To publish videos to your TikTok account when you choose to do so.
We will not upload, create, or publish any content to your TikTok account without your explicit action.
14.2 Acceptable Use of TikTok Integration
You agree not to use the Statsible TikTok app to:
- Violate TikTok's Platform Terms of Service or Developer Policies
- Upload, create, or publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
- Access data beyond what is required for the service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the TikTok API integration
- Share your TikTok access credentials with unauthorized third parties
14.3 TikTok Platform Compliance
Our integration with TikTok's platform is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the TikTok app if required by TikTok or if your use violates TikTok's policies.
14.4 Data from TikTok
TikTok ad data accessed through the Statsible TikTok app is used solely to provide analytics insights to you. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose beyond delivering the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on TikTok data handling.
14.5 Service Availability
The Statsible TikTok app depends on TikTok's API availability. We are not liable for interruptions caused by changes to TikTok's platform, API deprecations, or TikTok policy changes that affect our ability to deliver the service.
14.6 Termination of TikTok Integration
You may disconnect your TikTok account from the Statsible TikTok app at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection, we will cease fetching new data from your TikTok account. You may request deletion of previously collected TikTok data by contacting support@statsible.com.
