SELAH LOCK — END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Selah Lock ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Statsible ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
- Use the App to build a competing product or service.
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
3. COMMUNITY FORUM
The App includes access to a community forum ("Forum") where users may share prayer requests, encouragement, and faith-based content. By participating in the Forum you agree to:
3.1 Conduct Standards
- Post only content that is truthful, lawful, and respectful of other users.
- Refrain from posting content that is hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or discriminatory.
- Refrain from spam, advertising, solicitation, or self-promotion unrelated to faith community.
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
3.2 Content Ownership & License
- You retain ownership of content you post to the Forum.
- By posting, you grant Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App and Forum.
- Licensor may remove any content that violates these terms at its sole discretion.
3.3 Moderation
- The Forum is moderated by Licensor and volunteer community moderators.
- Repeated violations of conduct standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Forum.
4. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain features may require payment. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are governed by the respective platform's refund policy.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its name, logo, design, and all related content, is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://statsible.com/selah-lock/privacy-policy. By using the App you consent to our data practices as described therein.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
10. UPDATES
Licensor may update the App and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, at Licensor's election.
